Riley is a skilled Project Manager with a background in revenue cycle management, community organizing, and mutual aid. As the committee chair of One Medical’s DEIJ committee, she worked to improve the experiences of marginalized people through the development of just policies and practices.

Riley has a bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Rhetoric and Composition. She spends her time outside of work advocating for transgender rights and addressing food insecurity in Washington, DC with local mutual aid groups.
